My 21 year old boyfriend has been complaining of an acidic taste in his throat/mouth, and stomach pains. he also vomited blood. what could be wrong?

He needs to be check: He is vomiting blood and he should not waste any time and seek medical help, go to your doctor or er to be evaluated acidic taste can fe due to esophageal reflux and blood and stomach pains may be from an ulcer which is causing the bleeding.
