Need check up: It could just be gingivitis, gum disease, but that does not explain your nose bleed. Please go to an urgent care. You need to be examined, blood work etc.

I take Nexium 40 mg OTC twice daily. It works pretty well, but for 3 months I wake from sleep choking with the taste of acid vomit coming from my nose and mouth onto my pillow, and also I've inhaled the vomit and my lungs burn. Is this dangerous?
I don't have any cough ,shortness of breath,weight loss But sometimes when I Suck or sniff my nose and then spit from mouth it will produce traces of blood in my mucus. Also have dried/semi dried nasal mucus while I clear my nose manually?
