See answer: In the pool of five placebo-controlled clinical trials, there was a very small increased incidence of UTIs of <1-1.5% over the incidence seen with placebo when compared with the Jardiance 10 mg and Jardiance 25 mg doses. Something to be aware of but, in my opinion, good control of blood glucose and identification and control of any other risk factors for UTI much more important.
