No: Why did you stop the medication. Need more history. You are best to see your doctor for a complete evaluation for the dizziness

Feeling faint: No it is not an expected effect; as such it needs evaluation as to cause ;eg a rhythm issue vs a vestibular etc etc ...; ASAP
