Recently feeling PVCs during push ups. Over the years Ive had ekg, echo, stress test, all normal because I had history of them during rest not during exercise. They said Im ok. I take metoprolol. Is this PVC during exercise now very serious? 27 m?

On 12.5 mg metoprolol ER for benign PVCs and cardio wants me to add 30 mg diltiziam 2x a day. Im afraid to add this drug. Is it safe? My pvc burden as of December was 1.7% and I can tell its much lower now in the metoprolol. Need advice?
How long does metoprolol succ ER 12.5 mg stay in your system? I take it once a day for PVCs.
