Hi, i'm 35 years old married , they diagnosed that i have left lateral wall intramural fibroid of size 19 - 15 mm is it dangerous do i need to remove?

Fibroid: Typically fibroid of that size that is intramural is not worthy of removal. Depends if it extends into the cavity and is causing heavy bleeding. If it is not bothering you, it is not causing miscarriages, then i would leave it alone and have an ultrasound every year or two as they do seem to grow over time.
