Fibroid: If there is only one fibroid detected inside the uterus, on the "posterior wall", pregnancy is not going to be affected. There is no need to have the fibroid removed at this point at 3.9 cm since there is sufficient normal uterine wall on which implantation can occur.

TTC initially: Try to conceive initially as the fibroid is very small. If you are unsuccessful after one year then re-scan the fibroid for size and if growing consider myomectomy (removal of fibroid only). If you are over age 30 seek a Fertility GYNMD's help at 6 months.
