Evalutation: Difficult to say for sure. If you have a tendonitis, this should improve with rest, ice, time, and possibly a wrist brace. My concern is that you might have something more serious such as a fracture of a wrist bone which can start out as a nagging pain but become more severe. If it doesn't improve in 2 weeks i would see a doctor and get an xray. Good luck, .
