Depends : There are several reasons why you might have blood in your mouth. Some are serious. See your dentist right away to find out where the blood is coming from and then proceed with the root canal.

Spitting blood: If the blood in your mouth is from periodontal (gum) disease, then yes, there is no reason why you can't have the Root Canal Therapy. Having said that, discuss that symptom with your own dentist to determine if the problem is dental in nature. If not, you need to see your own physician to determine the cause & get treatment. Please be aware that in either case there could be serious implications.
