Tooth canal ?: If you mean root canal therapy, the answer is no, you cannot be suffering from a dry socket since that condition is associated with an extraction.

It is normal: Bleeding after a tooth extraction is entirely normal. If your bleeding does not reduce after 48 hours, please call your dentist for follow up appointment.
