I have had several hematomas for two years now should i bring it up to my doctor?

Yes: If the hematomas developed without any trauma, they may indicate problems with your body's coagulation mechanism and certain blood tests and possible referral to a hematologist may be in order. In the meantime avoid aspirin and nsaids like Aleve (naproxen).
