Watch and wait: What you described does not seem to be a cause for concern. If the bumps ulcerate, lymph glands in you neck get large, you have difficulty eating, have fever or lose weight, see your doctor. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. For nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/. Get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health!

Bumps: Sorry, need more information, but response would probably be the same. Any lesion of more than 2 weeks duration requires immediate evaluation. Please see your General Dentist, a specialist Oral Surgeon, a specialist Periodontist, or a specialist in Oral Medicine or Oral Pathology. Once properly diagnosed your lesions can be properly treated.
