Effexor (venlafaxine) dose: There is no one "best dose" for Effexor (venlafaxine)/Effexor (venlafaxine) XR. A therapeutic dose of Effexor (venlafaxine) varies considerably from person to person depending on symptoms, weight, metabolism etc. Dosing must be individualized and carefully monitored for beneficial vs. side effects.
