Why again?: It is well known to cause weight gain. If it happened before it will happen again. Ask your psychiatrist if you can take something more weight neutral. Cymbalta (duloxetine) would be a possibility to ask about.

Agree w Dr. : Jacobson. Lexapro (escitalopram) is often also quite good for weight neutral antidepressant.
