Zit turing into cyst: The hordeolum internum - otherwise called stye can turn into a chronic swelling called -chalazion- a cystic granuloma , a chronic swelling lined by chronic inflammatory cells and tissue ,which can present like this. Please consultant ophthalmologist who will do a minor surgical procedure to curette/excise this swelling and get rid of the discharge,swelling and the cosmetic ill effect overall.
