Acne: Most likely it is an inflamed pimple. You can buy "benzoyl peroxide" acne cream (read the active ingrediants) without prescription. Apply a thick layer over the bump and let dry. Take care to use white towel as it can bleach towels and clothing. It should help dry out and reabsorb the pimple.
