I workout in gym for 1 hour and after taking 10 minute rest , i do pranayama for 1 hour. is this ok or should i do pranayam first and then gym ?

Cleansing effect.: Because of the cleansing effect of the breathing it makes more sense to perform it after the workout.

Pranayama, Exercise: I commend you for workout in the gym and doing Pranayama. Prana means life force and yama means to control the Prana, with different breathing techniques. Workout in Gym keeps your Heart healthy and controls the weight. It is preferable to do pranayama after the exercise for relaxation and Peace. Health is Wealth!
