If BP is high she needs to see her PCP to get it Controlled asap. Tooth Pain can also contribute to the high Blood Pressure. No overuse of antibiotics is not recommended.

No, No, No: Constantly taking antibiotics for a tooth infection is not recommended... it will not solve the problem. Have your mother see an oral surgeon for her extraction.

Collaboration: Your Mom's GP should refer her to a Cardiologist if blood pressure remains high. Your Mom's General Dentist should refer her to specialist Oral Surgeon who is best trained to work with cardiologist to safely accomplish the extraction. Repeated flare of infection can damage other organ systems. Please get your mom treated ASAP.
