My head MRI shows I have enlarged perivascular spaces and a cyst in pineal gland should I consult a neurosurgeon ?
For months I have experienced almost daily, debilitating head pressure with nausea, neck pain and vision changes. My CT scan did not show anything but MRI shows 11mm pineal cyst. Why would this not show up on the CT? Could this cause my symptoms?
