Not black and white!: Cornflakes have more simple carbohydrates and a higher glycemic index/GI with less fiber than "muesli." But muesli is really just a generic name for cereal made with toasted whole oats, nuts, fruit and wheat flakes, So it MAY be more nutritious with more fiber and less sugar. Nuts have protein/omega-3 fatty acids. WATCH serving size; select < 20 g carbs and < 3 g fat/serving, healthy fats, low GI.
