Pre-diabetes: A blood glucose level of 91 is OK. There really is no such thing as pre-diabetes - either you have it or you do not. Why are you checking your blood sugar, and how often are you doing that? The only thing you should be concerned about is your weight. If your weight is fine enjoy your life. If you feel you are overweight please make an appointment with a dietitian.
