My blood labs done today were on the whole in the normal range. but: my mean platelet volume was 12.7, lymphocyte % was 14.2%, and the lymphocyte absolute was 0.91. i have type 2 diabetes and the glucose level was 213. should i be concerned?

Blood count details naturally fluctuate over the course of the day and from test to test. With rare exceptions, if the results each time are in the normal range, nothing is wrong.
