Yes: Clearly you are very nervous. You said that they scanned your head and there was nothing there. What is that telling you?! Get a grip on yourself. Talk to your doc.

Migraine variant: Would suggest a visit to a headache specialist, as these types of head pains can be reversed with appropriate meds.
