S/p/ Nissen fundapli: Discuss with surgeon or gastroenterologist. Sometimes after the procedure people take erythromycin or Reglan (metoclopramide) to help with motility , which can cause nausea. Always check for H pylori and discuss treatment for gastritis (zantac and or previcid) . Check gallbladder as well(U/S-HIDA). May need endoscopy/lap or UGI w/ follow through or CT check for adhesions, collections, motility. f/u/w/ doc
