Likely, inborn...: What reported about your right kidney could be just inborn with some degree of functional obstruction of right ureter, which is just incidentally found but clinically meaningless as long as stable; so, repeat the same imaging study showing right hydronephrosis in 6-12 months for comparison and follow-up for its significance in your urinary tract. More? Ask urologists timely.
