Would a urine culture tell if its a uti or kidney infection? doc also said white blood cells in urine. whats that mean? possibly stones?

Uti: Urine analysis if positive for infection such as positive leukocyte esterace, nitrite, bacteria and wbcs. It does not differentiate between a kidney, bladder or urethral infection. If you see sediment or oxalate crystals or under microscope crystals can be seen. Then stones can be suspected.
