Gilbert's?: If this is mostly indirect / unconjugated bilirubin, you may be one of the 1-2% of folks with Gilbert's non-disease. It's not worth a workup though it can be done. If you've noticed in the past that the whites of your eyes turn slightly yellow if you go a few days without eating, consider the diagnosis clinched. Your physician should be familiar with this.
