Repeat it: This may be a lab error. If it's not, and you feel well, be thankful for good health. There's a couple of kinks in the genetics that produce very low LDL's, some with some unpleasant side effects, and you may be offered a workup. http://emedicine.medscape.com/article/121975-overview
