What endoscopy : What kind of endoscopy you are getting for chest popping rib pain , most likely you have a rib problem inflamed or broken it could be costochondritis OR TITZ SYNDROME treated by ibuprofen possible rib block . I do not know how endoscopy is going to help you. GOOD LUCK
