No. This implies an: injury, presumably temporally associated with the endoscopic examination. Also careful about words (they affect one's thinking). By normal, most imply good or OK. But normal only means common, usual, average & is defined by the medical industry as average to include the central +/- 2 SD, i.e. 95.6% of everything. Normal has little, if anything, to do with excellence (which is abnormal) of health.
