Hi, i had a endoscopy 2 days ago with no sedation (never again)! since then i am experiencing a sharp pain in my left ribs and abdomen. is this normal?

No. This implies an: injury, presumably temporally associated with the endoscopic examination. Also careful about words (they affect one's thinking). By normal, most imply good or OK. But normal only means common, usual, average & is defined by the medical industry as average to include the central +/- 2 SD, i.e. 95.6% of everything.
