Lots of possibilitie: These symptoms sound like irritable bowel but other possibilities exist such as gallbladder disease. A daily fiber supplement or probiotic may be helpful. Cramping with running is usually muscular but can be caused by shunting of blood away from the gut into the muscles. You should discuss your symptoms further with your doctor.
