F/u and check iron: First, by current guidelines this is not a normal TSH. Nl is generally now considered to be between 0.4 & 4 & some say 0.4 to 3.5. This should be rechecked in a few weeks with thyroid antibodies and a free T4. Sx's in levels at this range are controversial. Iron/B12 levels should be checked as deficiency of these can cause sx's just like thyroid dz, be caused be thyroid dz & are often overlooked.
