May be lab error: Frequent change in TSH values (from high to normal then high) is not normal when T4 stays normal. T4can be normal and TSH high if you have hypothyroidism .Frequent change in TSH can be due to irregularity in taking treatment.Your physician should be investigating the cause of frequent change in tshvalues .Hope the problem will be solved.

Endocrinology: You apparently have a form of thyroid disorder. See an endocrinologist. Make sure to get an ultrasound of your thyroid as well as a nuclear scan.
