Complex: TSH is just a screening test, if you or your doctor suspect very much that you have a thyroid problem, then a more extensive thyroid function/immune workup would need to be performed, better get seen by an endocrinologist to sort your case out, it can be not your thyroid, good luck

Might be hypothyroid: A TSH of 1.29 does not rule out thyroid issues at all!
