A member asked:

Are low non-fasting triglyceride levels (46 mg/dl) concerning if my diet is actually very normal (quite a lot of carbs, full-fat dairy)?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Stop worrying: Reference ranges are set so that a few percent of healthies fall outside. I'm going to assume you're basically healthy. Especially, low triglycerides means nothing. Relax and be thankful for good health.
