That mild elevation of triglycerides is still a sign of excess weight, too many carbs, insulin resistance and/or is genetic, but isn't particularly hazardous in and of itself. Keep doing what you're doing and it will continue to lower. To reduce further exercise, take chromium picolinate or polynicotinate 200 mcg/day and esp. pantethine 600-900 mg/day.
