Depends what: Shape the r tube is in, after 1 ectopic u have a 10% chance of another one, you should have your r tube evaluated before u try to get preg as u want to see normal flow and no dilitation or partial or complete blockage of flow, if the r tube is not normal then it needs to be fixed 1st or u will need in vitro if it can't be fixed.
