Is normal: Many infants at that age stick their tongue out a lot. It may be to soothe a painful tooth emerging or that they are just fascinated by the discovery that they can stick out their tongue. My 7 year old granddaughter stuck her tongue out a great deal at that age but it didn't continue for long.
