From last two days my 2.5 year old daughter seems fine in the morning and she has fever in the night she constantly grinding her teeth also little wound is on her tongue i don't know what is this how to deal with it?

You would need to have her tongue looked at by her doctor to determine what is on her tongue. You also need to have her evaluated for the fever at night. The doctor will ask how high this fever is? So, you need to have your daughter evaluated by her doctor for diagnosis and treatment. Good luck to you!

Child should be under the care of a Dentist, preferably a children's dental specialist, a Pedodontist, since her 1st b'day. Fever, grinding, may be reaction to decay, teething, mouth infection, etc. Lesion on tongue probably transient, but should be evaluated. If all oral causes are ruled out, then see children's medical specialist, a Pediatrician. Please make appropriate appointments now.
