NUG: The concerns are Necrotizing Ulcerative Gingivitis (NUG), rampant caries, strep throat, diabetes, and other possibilities. Your child should have an ongoing relationship with a Dentist or preferably a children's dental specialist a Pedodontist, since her 1st b'day. Immediately take her to her Dentist for evaluation and appropriate treatment. You can't fix this with an OTC product.
