Only you will know: "I eat a lot of" means different things to different people. Some people think 6 crackers is a lot, while others think 26 is a lot. It is all about total caloric intake (in food and drink). Big crackers would have more calories than small crackers of the same type. Just be sure to use up as many or more calories as one eats, to avoid weight gain.
