I have dull ache in upper abdomen, some back pressure, and some upper chest pain. 30 y/o maile. endoscopy/colonoscopy clean in feb. what can i take?

Well, you had a good: look at the upper and lower gastrointestinal system back in February, but it doesn't sound like you really have a diagnosis yet. This is the highest priority. It's not clear whether your symptoms are coming from the GI tract, the lungs/pleural cavity, or even your heart.
