Can't fix/not broke: White spots on tonsils doesn't require anything special.It can reflect old dead tonsil skin, debris ,etc that have nothing to do with ongoing disease.You have had it evaluated and no problem found, enjoy your healthy kid and try not to over think this.The best gauge of a ongoing illness is a sick acting kid.
