Hi, i have recently developed athletes foot and a small brown freckle has appeared on the sole of my foot! is this normal?

Athletic Freckle..: Small brown freckles can occur with or without the presence of athletes foot. You'll know it is related, if it's still there when the athletes foot infection clears. Watch it and seek attention if it changes radically in size, color or becomes painful.
