You don't tell me: how tall you are, but 50 kg/110 pounds would be thin for a young man almost regardless of your height. I am going to attach a picture of a healthy food chart to this answer but if you want a bigger picture, search for Mediterranean diet. The concept: eat most of your food from the bottom levels of the period. You should aim for 2400+ calories per day, and continue regular exercise. Good wishes:)
