A member asked:

My eos percentage was 1 with eos number of o.oo when normal it o.o5 to 0.74. what does this mean? all other blood results were normal

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Normal..: Eosinophils are kind of white blood cells which help to deal with allergic reactions in general. Any allergy whether to environment or special other kind as ( asthma, certain bowel inflammatory diseases...) makes Eosinophil count to increase in CBC differential test. Your number is very borderline elevated and no concerns . If any other symptoms , see your MD.?
