Seek Evaluation: It would be reasonable and appropriate to get an evaluation. There are hematologic disorders associated with elevated eosinophils and lymph nodes that are treatable to avoid long term adverse consequences.

Medical check up rec: I would recommend a medical check up to find the cause of high Eosinophil counts. Check one more blood count and then go see a hematologist if the total EOS are > 1,000/mm3
