Why does my ent want to biopsy a cyst in my perodid gland and what could it tell him?

Cysts aren't normal: Biopsy will show the cause of the abnormality in your parotid gland. Most things are benign and not serious, but occasionally a malignancy can occur and this would dramatically change the treatment.
