Zinc and baking soda: Taking an extra 15 mg. Of zinc once should not be a problem but if you are overly concerned, don't take it tomorrow. Swallowing a bit of baking soda will not hurt you.

Upper limit: Too much zinc on a regular basis can be bad for you, but if it was only once, then you may just experience some cramping or gastroinestinal distress. However, the upper levels are only about 40mg, so you are already taking a very high dose. Talk to your md.
