Dental care: You are not alone is your apprehension about seeing a dentist, many people are. Dentist know how to treat you. Your friends may be able to recommend a caring dentist. Tell the dentist your concerns and you will be understood and treated well.

Don't be embarassed: You appear to have an infection, an infection that will not go away on it's own. Please call a dentist for an appointment and feel better soon.

Go now!: Embarrassment won't harm you. Uncontrolled infection can be extremely serious. Your Dentist wants to help, but can't unless you present for treatment. The longer you put off treatment, the more extensive & expensive care becomes. And the infection can rapidly spread to other organ systems. Please, please, go now.

Gingivitis: Swollen , painful gum imply inflammed gums . You can try rinsing mouth with luke warm saline water but if its not improving you will need to see doctor.
