Gingival Pain: That area is very difficult to keep clean. You may have a carious lesion which is trapping food and bacteria or a periodontal defect. It may be time to have that tooth extracted. Please see a local dentist for a consultation.

Gum disease: You may have a cavity that needs attention. The most probable cause, however, is gum disease. Sorry, this can't be addressed with just an ointment, poultice, mouth-wash, or snake oil. You'll need to see a local Dentist to determine the cause of your gum recession and the best cure.
